Job Summary

We are looking for Sr. Technical Test Consultants who are passionate about delivering high-quality software through robust automation testing practices. This is a critical role requiring strong C# programming, API automation, and hands-on experience with BDD frameworks like SpecFlow.As a Sr. Technical Test Consultant, you will play a key role in driving test automation initiatives, building frameworks from scratch, and collaborating with both internal teams and external stakeholders. You must be self-driven and capable of independently managing automation implementation within new or evolving teams.This role is ideal for experienced automation engineers who thrive in dynamic environments and are eager to lead and mentor QA initiatives, particularly in complex enterprise environments. It offers the chance to work across multiple high-impact projects and directly contribute to product stability and success.

Key Responsibilities

•Design, develop, and implement test automation frameworks using C# and Java.

•Independently set up automation strategy and frameworks for new teams or projects.

•Develop, execute, and maintain robust test cases for API automation and backend validation.

•Translate business requirements and test cases into automated scripts using SpecFlow (BDD).

•Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, business analysts, and QA engineers.

•Ensure timely and high-quality deliverables in Agile project environments.

•Participate in client interactions, status updates, and testing-related decision-making.

•Maintain test documentation, reports, and performance metrics.

Required Skills & Qualifications

•6+ years of experience in automation testing, including leadership of QA efforts.

•Strong programming skills in C#; capable of solving complex automation problems.

•Solid hands-on experience with API automation and tools such as RestSharp or similar.

•Proficiency in building and maintaining BDD frameworks using SpecFlow.

•Strong experience in independently implementing test frameworks from scratch.

•Proven ability to work autonomously and drive quality initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

•Excellent analytical and communication skills.
