Job Summary
We are urgently looking for experienced SF Test Analysts with solid expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) and US Payroll. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in testing various SuccessFactors modules and will be responsible for independently planning, executing, and managing test cycles. In this role, you will work closely with business and technical teams to ensure all system functionalities are thoroughly tested and meet business requirements. You will handle functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing while tracking and resolving defects to maintain system quality.This is a short-term, extendable contract role requiring immediate availability and the ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment. Key Responsibilities
•Analyze requirements and design test cases for SAP SuccessFactors EC and US Payroll.
•Execute manual and automated test cases, ensuring accurate business process validation.
•Track and report defects, working closely with development and functional teams.
•Perform regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
•Maintain test documentation and support go-live testing phases.
Required Skills & Qualifications
•8–10 years of testing experience, with a strong focus on SAP SuccessFactors – Employee Central.
•Mandatory experience with US Payroll testing.
•Good understanding of STLC and test management tools.
•Experience testing Foundational Objects, MDFs, Data Models, and other EC components.
•Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in a hybrid setup.
Preferred
•Exposure to automated testing and scripting.
•SAP SuccessFactors certification is an advantage.
