Role Summary:
Lead ServiceNow architectural planning and help define enterprise platform strategy, governance standards, and instance management approaches. Evaluate platform requirements, guide architectural decisions, and develop upgrade roadmaps that align with business needs and long-term platform objectives. The role requires strong enterprise architecture leadership and experience managing complex platform environments.
Required Skills:
