iROW9 Inc. is seeking a Senior Operational Technology (OT) Cybersecurity Engineer to join Chevron’s OT Cybersecurity Engineering and Innovation team. This is a high-impact role contributing to the secure implementation of Industrial Automated Control Systems (IACS) and OT digital technologies across Chevron’s global operations.

About the Role:
This position supports the design, development, and deployment of secure-by-design OT/IACS solutions. You’ll work closely with product lines, digital platforms, and global business units to provide technical leadership in cybersecurity, network architecture, and compliance with cybersecurity frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support OT/IACS cybersecurity initiatives across multiple digital platforms and product lines
• Contribute to the design and review of secure OT/IACS architectures, data flows, communication protocols, and services
• Develop and support the implementation of cybersecurity engineering standards and guardrails to ensure secure deployments
• Apply frameworks such as NIST 800-53/82, IEC-62443, and MITRE ATT&CK to improve security posture and resilience
• Conduct risk and vulnerability assessments, develop mitigation plans, and advise on technical and strategic decisions

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related STEM field (preferred but not required)
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in OT/IACS cybersecurity, preferably within energy or critical infrastructure industries
• Experience with OT/IACS security technologies and protocols, SCADA systems, and industrial networking
• Familiarity with Tenable Nessus, NMAP, or similar vulnerability assessment tools
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity threats, vulnerabilities, and defensive strategies in OT environments

Preferred Certifications and Skills:

• Certifications such as GISCP, GCIP, CISSP, or equivalent
• Experience with Industrial IoT, cloud-based SCADA, big data analytics, and OT/IT integration
• Agile/Scrum or SAFe certification is a plus
• Strong communication, analytical, and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Ability to lead change, influence stakeholders, and work across diverse teams and environments
