We’re hiring a Senior Analytics Engineer to lead BI strategy and implementation, with deep expertise in Tableau, Power BI, SQL, and data platforms like Snowflake and Azure. You’ll drive migrations, develop advanced dashboards, guide teams, and partner with business stakeholders.

Key Skills & Responsibilities:

Tableau: Expert in Server/Cloud admin, advanced dashboards, performance tuning, and cloud migration.

Power BI: Skilled in DAX, visuals, workspace/admin management, and governance.

Data Integration: Build pipelines across Azure, SQL Server, Snowflake; optimize with advanced SQL.

Leadership: Mentor teams, enforce best practices, drive DevOps for BI, and lead end-to-end project delivery.

Architecture & Innovation: Design scalable solutions, evaluate new tools, and implement monitoring.

Stakeholder Engagement: Translate business needs, run workshops, and document solutions.

Experience Required:

7+ years in BI/analytics; 3+ years in senior or lead roles.

Proven experience in Tableau, Power BI, SQL, Snowflake.

Led platform migrations, technical teams, and enterprise BI projects.

Preferred Experience:

Advanced Power BI (Premium, embedded), Python/R, governance tools.

Tableau certifications, Cloud Migration Leadership.

Experience with Agile and enterprise security/compliance.
