Seeking a Power BI expert to lead BI architecture, development, platform migration, and stakeholder collaboration. Role involves end-to-end delivery of scalable analytics solutions, team mentorship, and technical leadership in enterprise environments.

Key Responsiblities:

Power BI: Administer workspaces, gateways, RLS, and capacity; develop advanced DAX, visuals, embedded reports; lead migrations (e.g., Cognos, SSRS).

Data Integration: Build pipelines from SQL Server/Snowflake; optimize queries; apply data modeling best practices; support real-time analytics.

Leadership: Mentor teams, enforce DevOps (version control, CI/CD), code reviews, and documentation.

Architecture & Innovation: Design enterprise-grade BI systems; evaluate new Azure/Power BI features; implement monitoring & alerting.

Stakeholder Engagement: Translate business needs into solutions; lead discovery workshops; present technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Delivery Excellence: Manage analytics projects; ensure testing, change control, compliance, and performance improvement.

Required Experience:

Expert in Power BI admin/dev (DAX, visuals, embedding, optimization).

SQL & Snowflake development, SSAS/SSIS/SSRS.

BI platform migration leadership.

Technical team leadership and standards definition.

Strong stakeholder collaboration and communication.

Full lifecycle BI project delivery.

Documentation, training, and issue resolution skills.

Qualifications:

Bachelors in computer science or related field.

7+ years BI/analytics; 3+ years in senior/lead roles.

Enterprise environment experience with governance.

Preferred:

Tableau, Python/R, data governance tools.

Cloud migration, performance tuning, security/compliance.

Microsoft/Azure certifications.

Agile methodology experience.
