Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP Transportation Management (TM) Lead with proven expertise in Project44 (P44) integration to join our team in the Twin Cities, MN. This role will be instrumental in driving digital transformation within transportation and logistics, leveraging SAP TM (preferably S/4HANA) and real-time carrier integration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end implementation and support of SAP TM solutions, preferably on S/4HANA.
• Drive Project44 (P44) integration for real-time shipment visibility and carrier performance tracking.
• Manage freight order execution, carrier selection, and transportation planning processes.
• Configure and map business processes related to transportation and logistics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external carriers to optimize shipping workflows.
• Ensure compliance with logistics SLAs, freight terms, and transport mode requirements.
• Communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders to ensure solution alignment.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

SAP Expertise:

• Strong hands-on experience with SAP TM (Transportation Management).
• Deep understanding of freight order management, carrier integration, and real-time tracking.
• Prior experience with Project44 (P44) is a must-have.

Functional Knowledge:

• Proficiency in configuring SAP TM and mapping business logistics processes.
• Experience with transportation modes, freight terms, and performance monitoring.

Leadership & Communication:

• Proven leadership in cross-functional logistics or SAP project teams.
• Excellent communication skills to bridge technical concepts and business requirements.
• Ability to influence and drive adoption across logistics partners and internal teams.
