Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced SAP Sales and Operations Management (SOM) Functional Consultant to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and optimizing SAP SOM solutions to streamline sales processes, enhance operational efficiency, and drive business growth. This role requires deep expertise in SAP SOM functionality, strong analytical skills, and the ability to translate complex business requirements into effective technical solutions.

This comprehensive role requires a dedicated professional who can combine technical expertise with business acumen to drive successful SAP SOM implementations and deliver measurable business value through optimized sales and operations processes.

Responsibilities:

Analyse business requirements and translate them into SAP Subscription Order Management (SOM) solutions.

Configure and customize SAP SOM modules to meet business needs.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide functional specifications.

Conduct system testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).

Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for SAP SOM applications.

Document configurations, processes, and user guides.

Qualifications And Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field.

5-6 years of experience in SAP SOM implementation and configuration.

Strong understanding of SAP SOM processes and integration with other SAP modules.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

SAP SOM certification preferred.
