iROW9 Inc. is hiring multiple Operational Technology (OT) Cybersecurity Risk Analysts to support Chevron’s global cybersecurity initiatives. We are seeking professionals at the Analyst, Senior Analyst, and Lead levels to strengthen the development and execution of OT cybersecurity strategies, risk assessments, and remediation frameworks that ensure operational resilience.
About the Role:
As part of the OT Cybersecurity team, you will be responsible for analyzing, prioritizing, and addressing cyber risks in Chevron’s operational environments. This includes securing industrial control systems and critical infrastructure technologies. You’ll contribute to or lead the creation and execution of policies, risk assessments, and remediation plans to ensure compliance, security, and business continuity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain OT cybersecurity strategies, policies, and risk management processes
- Analyze and prioritize cybersecurity risks, evaluate key controls, and recommend appropriate remediation plans
- Monitor the progress of risk mitigation efforts and follow standardized processes to ensure alignment with business units
- Identify gaps, trends, and improvement opportunities related to cybersecurity in OT environments
- Communicate critical cyber risk information effectively to Business Units and Digital Platforms
- Collaborate with Risk Management Operations (RMO) to coordinate actions, track remediation progress, and ensure risk transparency
- For senior and lead roles:
- Provide leadership and guidance to junior Risk Analysts
- Lead the development of strategic cybersecurity policies across business and technology platforms
- Build cross-functional relationships to drive risk-aware decision-making and ensure alignment between security posture and operational goals
Qualifications (Varies by Level):
- 0–15 years of relevant experience in cybersecurity risk management, with a focus on Operational Technology
- Strong knowledge of OT environments, industrial control systems, and cybersecurity best practices
- Experience in developing, maintaining, or leading cybersecurity strategy and risk remediation efforts
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- For Lead and Senior roles: Proven leadership and experience in directing cybersecurity teams and strategy implementation across business units
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in enterprise risk frameworks, NIST standards, or similar cybersecurity governance models
- Familiarity with Chevron’s business units or similar industrial/energy operations is a plus
- Strong analytical, documentation, and presentation skills
