Overview

We are seeking an experienced IT QA Lead to drive quality assurance efforts across critical Salesforce technology initiatives. This role is essential in ensuring quality delivery across Sales Cloud, Health Cloud, and Marketing Cloud, while supporting technology that empowers sales teams to effectively sell healthcare products.

You will lead the overall QA strategy, execution, and continuous improvement for a greenfield Salesforce environment, collaborating in a fast-paced, agile setting that emphasizes incremental value delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead planning, design, and execution of comprehensive test strategies for complex initiatives.
• Oversee all aspects of testing including:
• Functional, Non-functional, Regression, Exploratory, UI, End-to-End, and UAT testing.
• Collaborate closely with Developers, BAs, Product Owners, and Business Stakeholders to ensure quality is integrated throughout the development lifecycle.
• Guide automation specialists to implement automated test scenarios, reduce manual effort, and detect defects early.
• Manage defect tracking, triage, and resolution processes efficiently.
• Mentor and support a QA team of 10–20 members, promoting best practices and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with organizational QA standards and regulatory requirements.
• Continuously refine QA processes, tools, and metrics to enhance effectiveness.
• Monitor progress using dashboards and QA reporting tools.
• Leverage AI technologies to enhance QA capabilities and efficiency.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of software QA experience, with 2+ years in a Lead/Senior role.
• Strong understanding of QA methodologies, frameworks, and tools.
• Hands-on experience with test automation tools, particularly within the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Proficiency working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and mentoring skills.
• Experience within the healthcare or insurance domain.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Familiarity with performance and security testing tools.
• Possession of ISTQB or equivalent QA certification preferred.

Work Environment

• Hybrid model: Must be able to work onsite 3 days per week (Tuesday–Thursday) starting January 2026.
• Ideal candidate should be local for periodic in-person collaboration and team sessions.
