Role Overview

The Project Management Analyst supports the implementation and improvement of project management processes across the organization. This role drives project performance by establishing metrics, supporting project planning, managing deliverables, and facilitating post-project reviews. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and leverage project management technologies to enhance efficiency and standard practices. 

Responsibilities

• Analyze current systems and procedures, identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Manage 1–2 process improvement or integration projects, ensuring timely delivery of project plans, status reports, and requirements documentation.
• Support project planning sessions and post-project reviews to optimize project performance.
• Collaborate with multiple internal departments on project management and analysis initiatives.
• Consolidate project status into program-level and senior management reports.
• Drive process and requirement definition to select and implement appropriate project management technologies.
• Support project teams in the use of Microsoft Office Suite and other collaboration tools.

Required Skills

• 6–9 years experience with a BA or 4–7 years with an MBA.
• 1–2 years of project management experience.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in medical devices or other highly regulated industries.
• PMP certification or equivalent project management credentials.
