Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Power BI Developer with strong SQL and Microsoft Fabric experience to design, build, and optimize data visualizations and reporting solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transforming raw data into actionable insights to support business decision-making, leveraging advanced data modeling and analytics skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver timely daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports to track business trends, territory performance, pipeline metrics, and key initiatives
• Develop reports and dashboards to support sales and commercial leadership with actionable insights
• Provide analytics for key programs such as product launches, corporate initiatives, and sales performance (e.g., segmentation, compensation, trend analysis)
• Ensure data accuracy by identifying issues and collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain data integrity

Requirements:

• Experience with Power BI, SQL, and Microsoft Fabric
• Strong data modeling and analytical skills
• Analytical and problem-solving mindset.

Education & Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Marketing, or a related quantitative field
• 4+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Finance, or IT
• Advanced Excel skills and strong Power BI dashboard development experience
• Proven ability to collaborate across functions and solve problems analytically
• Strong business acumen with excellent communication skills
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage priorities effectively
• Experience supporting a medical device sales team is a plus
