About the Opportunity

IROW9 is seeking an experienced Organizational Change Management Specialist to support enterprise transformation initiatives and help teams successfully adopt new processes, systems, and technologies. 

Organizational Change Management (OCM) Specialist

 Experience:

Bachelor's degree and 5 years of change management experience 

Role Summary:

Develop and implement change management strategies, assess stakeholder readiness, coordinate communication and training activities, and support employee adoption of new technologies and business processes. Monitor adoption outcomes and work with project teams and leadership to address change-related risks. 

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree
• Five years of change management experience
• Strong experience leading large-scale change and managing stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Experience using tools, templates, and frameworks to measure and implement change

Preferred Certifications (a plus): Prosci, ACMP, PMP, ITIL, ADKAR, or SAFe.
