Role Summary

The GTM Business Systems Analyst will enhance and manage go-to-market systems and processes from lead generation through revenue recognition. This role bridges business and technology teams, ensuring Salesforce, CPQ, and related tools effectively support business goals through requirement gathering, solution design, testing, and continuous improvement. 

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, translate, and document business requirements from Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.
• Design scalable solutions aligned with GTM strategies and best practices.
• Configure, maintain, and optimize Salesforce CRM, CPQ, and GTM applications; ensure integrations and system health.
• Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), secure stakeholder sign-off, and validate business requirements.
• Act as liaison between business and technical teams; manage risks, timelines, and stakeholder communications.
• Provide training, documentation, and support to end users.
• Identify opportunities for automation, process improvements, and workflow optimization.
• Analyze GTM data, build dashboards, and deliver insights to support KPI tracking and decision-making.
• Stay current on GTM technology trends and recommend enhancements to the tech stack.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field required; MBA preferred.
• Experience: 4–7 years as a Business Systems Analyst with GTM focus, preferably in SaaS or high-growth environments; full software project lifecycle experience.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and CPQ (essential); familiarity with marketing automation, integrations, and analytics/reporting tools (Tableau, Power BI, SQL).
• Soft Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management abilities; excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; proven experience presenting to senior executives.
• Certifications: Salesforce Business Analyst or other Salesforce certifications preferred.
