About the Opportunity

IROW9 is seeking Business Analysis and Quality Assurance professionals to support enterprise system implementation, requirements analysis, testing, and process improvement initiatives. 

1. Business Analyst 

Experience:

Bachelor's degree and 5 years of related experience 

Role Summary:

Gather and document business requirements, analyze workflows, identify process improvements, support functional design and system testing, and help ensure technical solutions meet business needs. 

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree
• Five years of related experience
• Requirements gathering and defining goals, operating procedures, and workflows
• Knowledge of workflow analysis and lean improvement techniques
• Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals

2. Quality Assurance Analyst 

Experience:

Bachelor's degree and 5 years of related experience 

Role Summary:

Analyze system behavior, identify defects, develop and execute test plans, validate integrations, support Agile delivery, and document system changes and testing results. 

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Work experience as a Quality Assurance Tester or in a similar role
• Experience with QA methodology
• Ability to document and troubleshoot errors
• Working knowledge of test management software and SQL
• Attention to detail, analytical thinking, problem-solving, and organizational skills

3. Quality Assurance Lead 

Experience:

5 years of QA experience and 2 years of leadership experience 

Role Summary:

Lead QA planning and coordinate testing across enterprise implementation projects while remaining hands-on with test execution. Manage defect tracking, retesting, test documentation, and QA reporting while coordinating with business, technical, and vendor teams. 

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Five years of experience as a QA Tester or in a similar role
• Two years of experience leading others
• Experience with QA methodology
• Ability to document and troubleshoot errors
• Working knowledge of test management software and SQL
• Attention to detail, analytical thinking, problem-solving, and organizational skills
