🔍Position Name: Azure Infrastructure Consultant
📍 Location: Twin Cities, MN (Mostly Onsite)
📅 Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire

We are looking for an experienced Azure Infrastructure Consultant to support and maintain our client’s Azure and on-prem environments. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity, ideal for someone ready to contribute from day one and grow into a long-term role.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and manage Azure and on-prem systems
• Respond to system alerts and notifications
• Assist with resource provisioning, migrations, and configurations
• Recommend and implement infrastructure improvements
• Lead or support IT projects and cross-functional collaboration
• Troubleshoot issues, perform capacity planning and performance tuning
• Develop and maintain system design and documentation
• Ensure compliance with security and change management policies
• Support business continuity and disaster recovery planning
🛠️ Skills & Experience Required:
• 4+ years in IT infrastructure; 2+ years focused on Azure
• Strong knowledge of Azure Entra ID, Active Directory, Windows Server
• Proficient in PowerShell scripting and automation
• Experience with virtualization (Hyper-V, VMware, Azure Stack HCI)
• Familiarity with M365, Intune, Teams, AVDS/RDS
• Understanding of infrastructure security best practices
• Exposure to audits (SOX, SOC1, HIPAA, etc.)

🎯 Preferred:
• IT certifications (Azure, Microsoft, Security, etc.)
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• Experience with ITIL, project leadership, or vendor management
