Job Summary We are seeking an AI Engineer to build production-grade AI systems that automate real business workflows. The role focuses on developing multi-step agentic workflows, integrating LLM models, and transforming unstructured data into AI-ready assets. The ideal candidate is a strong software engineer who can build reliable systems and effectively leverage modern AI coding agents. 

Key Responsibilities

• Build multi-step AI workflows with planning, execution, validation, and retrieval.
• Integrate AI systems with internal tools, APIs, and enterprise data.
• Implement model routing across providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Azure OpenAI, open source).
• Convert unstructured data into structured datasets, embeddings, and RAG indexes.
• Build or integrate MCP connectors for agent tool access.
• Use AI coding agents with proper guardrails and review outputs.
• Monitor reliability through testing, logging, and observability.
• Stay updated with evolving AI technologies.

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years software engineering experience.
• Strong Python or TypeScript programming skills.
• Experience building agentic workflows with tool calling.
• Experience working with multiple LLM providers.
• Ability to convert unstructured data into structured AI datasets.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with MCP connectors or LLM tool integrations.
• Experience with vector search / RAG systems (pgvector, Qdrant, OpenSearch, Azure AI Search).
• Familiarity with LangChain, LangGraph, or Semantic Kernel.
• Interest in golf or golf equipment.
